Using First Name and the Last Name
Enter a last name or both a first and a last name. You can include Initial for the first name for example J for John if you are not sure or whole First Name could be used instead. You can use either case lower or upper. Apostrophes like Mc'Donald and without apostrophe Mc Donald will return the same result.

Using the Phone Number
Area code and exchange code (Second box) is required for the result. You can leave the last four digits if you are not sure.
